Glenda Cole

Glenda Cole was the first person in her family to attend college, thanks to a Merit Scholarship. After college, Glenda spent decades in the torturous world of advertising agencies, followed by climbing the corporate ladder at an international luxury property developer. Her last role was as their VP of Marketing and Sponsorship. After many years of barging (houseboating) in Europe and reading International Living, she wrote a marketing plan for her own life and retired early. Glenda bought a villa in the Algarve on the southern coast of Portugal that she calls Villa Vista Espendide. She currently writes for the expat newspaper in the Algarve, volunteers and is on the board of a charity offering free hospice care, and has created a YouTube channel called The Glenn and Glenda show about her fabulous life in Portugal.
