I may have done you a disservice, dear reader.

Over Thanksgiving, I may have fallen prey to Smorgasbord Syndrome.
Let me explain.
Nov. 25, my Postcard to you began with an extensive menu of Thanksgiving real estate specials:
“I’ve negotiated on your behalf savings of up to $195,345 (and more) on real estate in Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, and Belize. In addition to cash discounts, you can also get free pools, complimentary VIP trips, free flights, and percentage discounts on your total purchases.”
All of that was true. However, it occurs to me now that I could have done an entire report on any one of those special deals. But I just had to offer them all. I was like the chef at a Thanksgiving feast who comes up with so many dishes that no-one can decide where to start or what to put on their plate.
Today I’m going to instead pull out one great deal from that overwhelming Thanksgiving feast and serve it up plain and simple.
And here it is: $20,000 off the last three available ocean-view lots in the current phase at Gran Pacifica.
You’ve read about Gran Pacifica in these dispatches before…a huge property of 2,200 acres with a three-and-a-half-mile stretch of beautiful sand beach. Everything needed to build a first-class community: paved streets, sidewalks, stores, right down to the fire hydrants and the fiber-optic cables running to the planned homes.
The ocean-view lots on offer at Gran Pacifica regularly sell for $207,000. But while these three remaining lots last, the developer will give you a $20,000 cash discount.
Or, you can add on a free 330-square-foot pool worth $24,000.
The choice is yours–a $20,000 discount or a free $24,000 swimming pool.
Remember, however, that this is a limited offer, and when these ocean-view lots are gone, they’re gone. Click here to learn more.
