P.S. The opportunities above are on beachfront or in brand-name cities. As my boss Bill Bonner (host of this year’s Wealth Symposium), publisher and owner of Agora Inc., reminded me recently, beachfront and brand-name cities are the two best bets when it comes to real estate investing.
