Dream Job on the Beach With a $100,000 Salary

If you like diving, sailing, picnics on the beach, and exploring islands, then we’ve found your dream job.

The tourism board of Queensland, Australia, is looking for a "caretaker of the islands," based in the Great Barrier Reef.

Apart from the "duties" I already listed, you’ll also be expected to kayak, bushwalk, snorkel, and travel to some neighboring islands for more of the same. As long as you keep a video diary of your adventures, your new employer will be happy.

No experience required and the salary (for six months) is about $100,000. Return airfare and accommodation on Hamilton Island is included. Apply here (applications close in 30 days).

This job will generate interest from thousands of hopefuls all over the world. Unfortunately, there is only one position.

But if getting paid to take a dream vacation sounds like the kind of job you’d like, we know of one such job that’s always hiring. Take a look.
