Only 8 More IL Readers Will Get a Big Discount on This Uruguay Deal

When I recently told you about a real estate development near the finest beaches in Uruguay, I said that the deadline to take advantage of the discounted pricing and interest-free financing was Feb. 1. Those were the terms I negotiated on behalf of IL readers.

But it looks like all the preferential lots will be sold before the Feb. 1 deadline (when the project officially launches), and I want to make sure you have time to act if this opportunity interests you.

Fifteen of the 25 lots have already been snapped up by IL readers. The developer is waiting by his fax machine for another two completed reservations. That leaves just eight more lots, which I believe will be sold before the deadline expires in nine days.

To recap on the terms: Prices will run $25 to $30 per square meter when the developer, Carl, launches the project on Feb. 1. The lots in this presale offer are all priced at $22 per square meter. This means a 2,500-square-meter lot (over half an acre) costs $55,000. Carl will finance 70% of this interest free. A fully refundable $5,000 deposit secures the lot, and you then have until March 1 to travel to Uruguay and check the property out for yourself, before committing.
