I’d like you to join me on a free “field trip” around Fortaleza, Brazil, where, right now, you’ll find the best real estate investments in the world.

On June 3, I’m going to show a small group of readers exactly why I’m so bullish on this city and its surrounding coast.

We’ll see city and beach pre-construction condo deals. We’ll see pre-construction commercial deals–medical and office.

I’ll show you where Fortaleza’s 3 million tourists want to stay…and how you can profit as tourism numbers continue to grow at double digit rates.

We’ll see deals you can get in on with as little as 1% down…deals we’ll analyze together…deals we will be able to get in on there and then. I’ll show you a couple of projects where I bought and explain to you why I bought and what my exit strategy is.

We’ll even see a deal the local real estate agents don’t yet know about. The developer of this project is one of the big boys from southern Brazil. He has promised me that our group will be the first to get in on this deal.

Lunch will be right on the beach 10 minutes from Fortaleza’s boardwalk. But not even this beachfront meal will give us a break from the deal finding–the reason I’ve chosen this location is that this area is set to explode as developable sites along the boardwalk have all but dried up. The big developers have been quietly land banking here. Five years from now this place will be world famous. Understanding now what’s going to happen gives you the opportunity to profit.
