We absolutely loved the people and the whole experience of driving up and down the coast from Chuberna to Dzilam-de-Bravo.
By asking around every time we stopped , we found a 1200 sq ft house with 21 meters of beach front in Santa Clara. We were able to negotiate a purchase price for 680,000 pesos, the house is new construction, unfinished but dried in with basic elec. and water and a good septic system in place.
With the dollar\peso exchange rate at 30 year lows we got a property we thought we could never afford…….THANK YOU IL.
