Just closed on a condo sale yesterday in Cuenca, Ecuador. It was an easy process and just as International Living described in their Ecuador Owners Manual. It will be available for rent in September and as soon as we get the place furnished, I’ll post pictures. It’s a fourth floor condo in an excellent location with 300 degree views–a two minute walk to a grocery store, a five minute walk to a park, and a ten minute walk to the old town.
