See for yourself why Tulum is rated among the best beaches in the world
If you have been following these dispatches, you’ll know that I’m bullish on Tulum. Tulum sits on the southern edge of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Its white-sand beaches, turquoise water and nature-rich jungle makes this place a perfect second-home destination.
A new international airport and new road links are on the way. And investors are getting in ahead of the path of progress. There are already rental shortages in the area. That’s even before the new airport arrives.
Near Tulum, a new project is being developed in an established resort and rental yields will likely be strong. Now, you have a chance to see this resort, the project and the surrounding area of Tulum, for yourself…and have a whole bunch of fun doing it. In fact, I’m passing on the same invitation I received and accepted for my recent trip to Tulum. Best of all, if you are a Real Estate Trend Alert member, this trip is free. This is what we call a VIP Chill Weekend.
All you have to do is get yourself to Cancun airport. Everything else is taken care of.
On this VIP Chill Weekend, you will spend time walking the resort…seeing the quality of work in complete phases. The developer will be on hand and you’ll even get to spend an evening with him and his family as guests at his home.
You’ll get to meet the CEO of the largest resort in the area and discuss the local tourism industry. Legal presenters will talk you through the buying process here. You’ll visit the Sian Ka’an biosphere at sunset and see firsthand why Mexico’s “most secluded beach” is rated so highly by Trip Advisors 30 million readers.
You’ll spend four days and three nights soaking everything up. You’ll have the opportunity to pick local’s brains about how they see Tulum developing (they have seen it all before in nearby Cancun and then Playa del Carmen). At night you’ll enjoy cocktails in a warm breeze under the stars.
Cocktails aside, this is serious business. You are analyzing an opportunity on two fronts. The hard angle and the soft angle. By the hard angle I mean doing your legal due diligence, checking out the quality of the developers work and posing discrete questions to locals in the know. And you’ll see the infrastructure first-hand.
The soft angle is less structured. On this VIP Chill Weekend, you can see for yourself if this is a place you would like to spend time. Are you comfortable with how things work? Could you see yourself happily sitting on your porch here wondering why it took so long to make the move?
The hard angle due diligence can be done relatively quickly. You just follow a process. A checklist of boxes you need to tick. The soft angle is more emotional. But, when you know you know. That’s why it’s important to take the time and experience. Don’t be rushed. That’s why the VIP Chill Weekend makes sense.
Members of Real Estate Trend Alert don’t pay a penny (you pay for your flights, everything else is on the developer) for a VIP Chill Weekend to Tulum’s hottest resort opportunity. And, if you decide the opportunity is for you, you’ll save thousands with special member-only pricing and terms. Click here to learn more about Real Estate Trend Alert.
