IL editors Dan Prescher and Suzan Haskins explore the city of Quito in Ecuador on a Sunday afternoon. See the video footage below, which was taken the last time we held an event in Ecuador earlier this year. (Our next Ecuador event takes place in November.)
The historic city of Quito is the capital of Ecuador and the highest administrative capital in the world. It’s a thriving financial, government, and educational center, and International Living has held three consecutive conferences in the city. Each event has given attendees and staff a chance to sample everything this centuries-old city has to offer (see details below for our Ecuador event this August).
After the final day of International Living’s Ultimate Event conference, Suzan and Dan walk down to Quito’s Mariscal Sucre district to take in one of their favorite cities and see how it’s changed since last year. Quito was their first posting when they joined IL 10 years ago, and they’ve been coming back to the city, and to Ecuador, ever since. They now live part-time in Ecuador and love it.
Editor’s Note: IL’s next Ecuador conference will be held in August 2-4, 2012 in Quito. If you’re serious about moving to Ecuador, you should join us for our Fast Track Ecuador: Lifestyle and Opportunity Conference. Learn more here.
