Ecuador’s Pacific Coast is a great place to surf, and the village of Mompiche is a special hot spot for Ecuador surfers. Mompiche is also very near the huge natural estuary of Cojimies. Surfers will often visit Mompiche as part of a three-stop surf trip that includes Montanita and Canoa.
