Video Tour: The Beautiful Spanish Colonial City of Granada, Nicaragua

In this video, IL editor Lee Harrison takes a tour around the Spanish colonial city of Granada, Nicaragua. This city is not only popular with travelers, but with expats as well. Lee met quite a few North Americans who retired here, or own a second home, or just decided to start life over in this unique, Spanish colonial environment.

Nestled on the shores of the giant Lake Nicaragua, Granada has warm weather all year, and more than its share of terrific cafes, bars and restaurants.

Editor’s note: You can read Lee’s full report on Nicaragua in IL’s July magazine–out today. In this article, Lee details lifestyle and real estate opportunities in Nicaragua’s two most beautiful colonial cities, Leon and Granada.
