The best way to see this stretch of Pacific Coast is from a real estate project I recently visited.
Perched at the highest point in the project, yet only a gentle four-minute stroll down a cobblestone lane, through landscaped gardens to the beach, views open up to the blue ocean and along the coast and rich green forested hills.
That’s just from the ground floor. The higher you go, the more expansive the views. From the roof terrace, your look-out is the finest in the community. Maybe the finest on this stunning coast.
There’s a way you can buy one of these 960-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condos for mid $80,000s. This condo is the best value for money on my beat. (And I visit a new exotic location almost every month scouting for undervalued real estate.)
Condo owners will have their own pool. You could also stroll through the meticulously landscaped gardens to the main pool and clubhouse area. Because distractions will keep your pace slow, figure on five minutes for this journey. Plans call for a beachfront restaurant. The pool will be just above the beach. Close enough to hear the waves.
At low tide the beach becomes wide. You can walk around the rocky points that make this a sandy cove…for miles and miles. Or you could take a dune buggy.
This is a best-in-class project on one of the Pacific’s finest stretches of coast. There’s nothing like it in the area. (That’s because a new highway has recently made this spot incredibly accessible.)
This community is real. All but two of the beach homes have sold—mostly to wealthy locals who visit at weekends and holidays. There’s already a strong rental market here. I expect these condos will be snapped up.
