Transaction Costs When Buying Croatian Real Estate
Real estate agents’ fees in Croatia are quite reasonable. Generally, both buyer and seller pay about 2% to 3% of the purchase price each. However, we have seen agents that charge commissions of up to 6%.
For individual buyers not wishing to set up a company, legal fees and stamp duty are approximately 1.5% to 2% of the total sum.
