Road to Paradise is Being Paved in Chiriqui!

I've written about Istana Rincon Beach Estates in previous Alerts. Located on Panama's Pacific coast, in the province of Chiriqui, the property is just an hour's drive from both Boquete and the city of David. The quiet life reigns supreme here, with beautiful ocean front, miles of nature trails, and some of the most affordable residential options in Panama today.
The developers have just announced that the road leading from the Pan-American Highway to the entrance to Istana is currently being paved by the government, with a projected completion date sometime in 2008.
What does that mean to you? Simply that Istana Rincon Beach Estates is on the verge of being discovered by the non- Panama First Alert and International Living world. Istana is enjoying an unprecedented rise in attention, as is the entire Chiriqui area. Once the road from the Pan-American is paved, it will be "Katie bar the door," and the current remarkable prices at Istana will be history.
For example…the last true beach estate lots at Rincon Beach Estates average from just under an acre to almost 2 acres in size and start at just $319,900. These lots are priced at just $45 a square meter, an incredible deal in the Panama oceanfront market.
Istana is also offering interior custom estate lots starting at $79,900. And just behind the beach estate lots are the Rincon Beach Villas, ranging from a third to over half an acre. You can order a two- or three-bedroom house, from 1,366 to 1,839 square feet in size, starting at just $199,900 - and that price includes the lot!
Will the prices for these stunning beachfront and near-beach properties rise significantly when the pavement reaches the Istana front gate? That remains to be seen. The critical question is: will you be in a position to benefit?
