Date: 02/22/2007
The first release of Embassy Club's turn-key condos, called the Courtyard Residences, went like hotcakes when announced last September, people have been waiting anxiously for the next building to go on offer.

A couple of months ago, I alerted you to opportunities at Embassy Club…the newest, high-quality, planned gated communities within Panama City itself. (See the original Alert here)

The first release of Embassy Club's turn-key condos, called the Courtyard Residences, went like hotcakes when announced last September, and people have been waiting anxiously for the next building to go on offer.

The time has come.

But first, let me remind you about Embassy Club. This is a unique, planned community on 24 spectacularly wooded hectares (almost 60 acres) in the Clayton district of Panama City. This largely unspoiled former U.S. military area was remitted to Panama at the end of the Canal treaty, and represents some of the most pristine and valuable land left in the city precincts.

Embassy Club will be a sophisticated residential development, designed to provide a luxurious, amenity-filled country lifestyle within Panama City itself. Nine of Embassy Club's 24 hectares (over 22 acres) are set aside as green and common areas, and four styles of homes…lofts, courtyard condos, garden apartments, and single-family homes…have been carefully incorporated into this wooded landscape to take full advantage of the natural beauty of the property.

The Embassy Club Lifestyle Center will be the hub of activity for residents, including a spa and fitness center, business center, owner's lounge, café, events center, game room, pool, and much more. The concierge desk at the Lifestyle Center will cater to every need of Embassy Club residents. For a small fee, they will take care of your grocery shopping, city transportation, and payment of utility bills. And the on-site, dedicated rental management office will handle everything for those who want to include their homes in the Embassy Club rental pool.

Now for the good part.

Embassy Club's Courtyard Residences are spacious condos from 1,426 square feet and up, arranged in three low-rise buildings surrounding their own private courtyard area. Amenities in these, as in all buildings at Embassy Club, are first class.

Ceiling heights in these condos are eight and a half feet. Each luxurious building has elevators, two covered parking spaces per unit, walk-in closets, balconies, terraces, and top-of-the-line materials throughout.

Condos in the second Courtyard Residence building are now on offer. Only 43 of these units are available. Prices start at $215,096 for 1,420-square-foot units on the second floor and go up in price by floor and size. But even the largest unit, an incredible 2,023 square feet of living space on the second floor, comes in at only $288,435. First floor with its extra terrace space starts at $221,096.

Payment options vary, but the developer is going out of his way to make these units easy to lock down. He even has two options that let you work with local banks for mortgage financing…something foreigners can do with ease in Panama, unlike other Latin American countries.

I fully expect these Courtyard Residence units to go as quickly as the first batch, so don't delay. If luxurious, gated, turn-key living in one of the most beautiful and natural precincts left in Panama City appeals to you, see here for more information or to lock down your unit.

Best Regards,

Brandon Clogston
