As construction in Panama City spreads out along Balboa Avenue, shoppers are looking for oceanfront and ocean-view options in other areas of town.
The neighborhood of Coco del Mar is a logical choice - exclusive, quiet, tucked beside the sea on the east side of the city, out of the most congested areas.
A new residential option in this highly desirable neighborhood is Ocean Sky. This residential tower will contain 106 units, all with ocean views.
