Models C and D are 1,183 square feet, start at $169,331 and go up by $1,000 per floor.
Monthly maintenance fees are pegged at $120 (that includes water and 24-hour security). Club membership maintenance fees are $180 for 12 months, or $90 for six months.
Construction is scheduled to begin soon, with completion anticipated by August 2009.
