Coronado Bay Discounts End Next Month!

Coronado, Panama's most mature and prestigious beach community on the Pacific Ocean.
You may remember the First Alert I sent out in June about Coronado Bay, the impressive new oceanfront condo project by Empresas Bern, one of Panama's premier developers. You can find the original by clicking here, but I'll just quickly refresh your memory:
- Coronado is Panama's most mature and prestigious beach community, less than an hour from Panama City.
- Coronado Bay will be a 200-unit beachfront high rise directly on Coronado's main beach.
-All are one-bedroom condos ranging from 1,350 to 1,920 square feet, and any unit can be converted into a two-bedroom unit by the developer.
-Every condo has a balcony and an ocean view. I repeat, every one of Coronado Bay's 200 condos has a balcony and an ocean view.
-If you want to finance, 10% down holds your unit. Another 10% will be due in January 2007, and another 10% will be due in June 2007. The remaining 70% is due at the release of the occupancy permit.
Those are the basics…now to the reason I'm writing to you.
In my original alert, I told you about the very reasonable pre-construction discounts available at Coronado Bay. For condos of this size and quality, in this prestigious location, prices from $145,000 to $221,500 are an exceptional deal. Indeed, a third of the units at Coronado Bay have already been reserved.
However, these prices will be going by the end of the month . Starting September 1, the developer will raise all prices at Coronado Bay by approximately 5%.
If you act now, you can save 5% on these very desirable units. And if you're a member of Club Panama, you can add an additional 1.5% discount on to that… for a total discount of 6.5% on these exceptional condos if you act now.
