It never snows here. The infrastructure is top-notch. The people are friendly. The cost of living is low. (I take a taxi to work…across town…for $1, get a haircut for $2, buy a beer in a bar for $1. I can take my girlfriend out for a great dinner with a bottle of wine at one of the city's finest restaurants and spend just $30.)

I have a dream life here in Panama. I know it. And there other people living the lives of their dreams in other great destinations. In fact, International Living has correspondents and Country Consultants like me around the world. We all love the countries we live in…and we like to share the reasons why with readers like you.

It's our jobs to tell other people how they can do what we're doing: live the kind of lifestyles they've always dreamed about in the location they've always dreamed about.

He'll be the "ultimate" keynote speaker at our "Ultimate Event."
