Only Eight Condos Left in Beachfront Playa Serena East Tower

Dear Panama First Alert Reader,

The pre-construction sales phase for the East Tower at Playa Serena overlooking Panama's Gorgona Beach is almost over, but there is still a limited opportunity to take advantage of the preconstruction prices.

If you're not familiar with the project, Playa Serena will be a beachfront condominium project less than an hour from Panama City and only five minutes from the residential community of Coronado on the Pacific Coast. Two towers will overlook one of Panama's prettiest stretches of beach. Modern construction, high-speed elevators, lots of green space, gymnasium, meeting center, and other amenities are all designed to cater to diverse lifestyles.

Every condo at Playa Serena has an ocean view, and right now there are only eight units remaining for sale in the East Tower, the first tower to be constructed. These are 1,184 square foot, C Model units, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. The views from these units will never be obstructed since the project's West Tower is next to them and safeguards their sightlines.

Prices at Playa Serena increase $1,000 per floor. The units now available are located on the fourth floor and up and start at $144,000.

That's an incredible deal for condos of this quality on one of Panama's nicest beaches. And when these eight units are gone, prices are expected to go up fast.
