Hone This One Skill and Make Great Money From Anywhere

I went from a life where I was struggling financially—despite working three jobs—to one where I work “part-time” and make a great income.

As a result I live wherever I want to. Right now I’m just minutes away from gorgeous sunrises on the beach.

I’ve been able to pursue hobbies I’m passionate about, including ballroom dance, music, and songwriting.

More importantly, this year my new income stream will fund my travels to Europe and Central America—two places I’ve been meaning to visit for quite some time now.

And I’ll still be able to work as I go.

You see, I’m a freelance copywriter. I can work on the move and earn enough in a few hours a day to support myself.

I’ve met dozens of other copywriters who have the same kind of freedom and high level of income.

Many of them earn six figures a year, working far less than the traditional 40 hours a week. And, many work while they travel. They’ll write in the morning and then have the rest of the afternoon to do as they please.

This is exactly what I did when I first went traveling. I worked from the hotels I stayed at in the mornings…and got on the road again just before noon. It made for a more enjoyable trip, and even better, my monthly income didn’t suffer one bit.

And this is why I think copywriting is the ultimate portable income.

It’s the only kind of skill that’s incredibly lucrative while still giving you plenty of freedom. For example, it’s not uncommon for a copywriter to earn $2,000-$15,000 to write a sales letter. Write just one of these a month…working a few hours each day…and you’d be set—especially if you’re going overseas, where the cost of living is nowhere near what it is in the States.

There are many other projects you can take on as a copywriter, many of which pay just as well for the time invested. In my eyes, this is what makes copywriting the ultimate portable income.

Better yet, it’s a skill you can pick up pretty quickly. It will take some practice. Like anything in life, you get out what you put in. But I can tell you from personal experience, it’s worth it.

Especially if you’re the kind of person that doesn’t like staying put in one place…and you like to learn, have new experiences, and enjoy the world around you.

Because once you’ve mastered this thing called copywriting, the sky’s the limit.
