As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of IL’s negotiated, discounted group room rates. Single rooms are $159 a night, or $169 a night for double occupancy. The group rate is also available for 3 days pre- and post-conference, based on availability. Hotel rates are quoted per room per night and subject to state and local taxes at time of check-in. Taxes are currently at 16%. There is a mandatory state “Hotel-Motel Fee” of $5 per room/per night.
Rates include a resort fee—complimentary daily breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi and access to the fitness center. For double-occupancy rooms, both names must be included on the reservation at the time of booking.
Each guest will be asked for a credit card at the time of check-in to establish credit for any incidental charges incurred during their stay. Upon check-in, the credit card will be preauthorized for $90.00 for each day of their stay. This will be refunded at check-out time if not utilized. If using a debit card, the funds are held for 7 – 10 business days by most banking institutions. The hotel accepts all major credit cards.
A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and additional fees.
Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. ET and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. ET. The hotel bell staff will arrange to hold luggage on a complimentary basis for those guests attending functions on the day of departure, so they may also check out by 12:00 p.m. and avoid late check-out charges. Rates for early check-in ($ 35.00 plus taxes) and/or late check-out ($ 35.00 plus taxes) are available if requested.
Please note: Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. So please be sure to use the correct group codes outlined below and make sure the reservation agent knows you are availing of the International Living discounted group rate.

Self-Parking is discounted at $12/vehicle per night.
Valet parking is available for $25/vehicle per night.
Hotel Cancel Policy
Cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of one night’s room and tax to be charged to the individual’s credit card. Departures prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
Hotel guests will receive communication from the hotel prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and timely check-in.
