The Easy Way to Break Into $300-a-Day Online Freelancing

I’ll let you in on a little secret. You have an in-demand skill at your fingertips that you may not even know about…and there are folks out there willing to pay you handsomely for it.

This is the world of online research. Don’t think lab coats or flipping through dusty old books. You’ll simply be searching for information online, then organizing and presenting that information to ready buyers who don’t know how to find it on their own.

And I have a simple process for turning what you already know into a lucrative online income. You don’t need to be a tech wizard, a good writer, or, heaven forbid, a proofreader with grammarian super powers.

Here are the four steps to kick starting an earn-anywhere online research career:

Step 1: Choose Your Segment

Before you start your online research career, you need to identify the “segment” of online research that resonates with your knowledge and skills. This is a competitive field. But you have decades of experience in your career and/or life experience to draw on. Identify your strengths, play to them, and you’ll see a big difference in your income.

Over the years, I’ve identified 10 different areas of research that allow beginners to pull in their expertise and get a jumpstart on their competitors who don’t understand this critical concept.

The 10 main research segments are general information, market, business, competitive, SEO, technical, medical, fact checking, article, and literary. You don’t need to be versed in all 10 segments to make a good income in this business. Simply select the one you already have a background in and make that your primary focus.

Step 2: Familiarize Yourself With Your Tools

In today’s fast-paced online world, there are tools to help you research with a speed and depth that most people who casually use Google don’t even know exist. Take Google’s Advanced-Search function for example. This is a more sophisticated way of searching that allows you to narrow your search, exclude certain terms, focus on results from certain regions, and more. Familiarize yourself with the Advanced-Search function and you’ll have search “superpowers” far beyond mere mortals.

Step 3: The Secret Sauce

To become a successful online researcher, you need to be able to “connect” with your prospective client’s assignment. Have you ever researched a destination before a big trip? Checked out flight prices…places to stay…things to do? If so, then you already know what I’m talking about.

Research your prospective client’s businesses online, be specific with your proposals, and you’ll show them that you’re prepared to go the extra mile to connect with their company.

So if you want to spend a few months traveling throughout Western Europe in the summertime…hopping from country to country and enjoying all the marvelous sights, food and rich culture, history, and traditions… you can do that. Follow the above steps and you’ll have a distinct advantage over the majority of online researchers and have an earn-anywhere online business at your fingertips.
