Why am I being charged a membership maintenance fee?

We charge an annual maintenance fee for VIP services to allow us provide the best service possible to our members. The annual maintenance fees are $69 for Publisher’s Roundtable, $18 for Lifetime Society, $69 for Platinum Circle, $99 for World Club and $99 for Pura Vida Club.
