No, it will not. You can still collect Social Security when you reside overseas but your Medicare benefits will not follow you.

I have read in International Living Magazine, Medicare is looking into going international. Who knows, IF or WHEN that might happen. It would make sense to see that happen as the medical costs over seas is so much lower than the US. It could save Medicare billions of dollars.
