Jim Santos is a writer and voice over artist, and is currently the host of the "International Living Podcast”. Prior to that he was the Ecuador Coastal Correspondent for IL based in Salinas, Ecuador for six years.
He has written and published over 200 articles about living in Ecuador and travels to other locations around the world creating content for the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, and International Living. In addition to his books on travel and expat life available on www.jimsantos.net , he is also the author of Ecuador Scouting Trip Itineraries and Travel Guide and has previously worked on updating IL's Escape to Ecuador book from 2017 to 2019. Several of his titles are also available as audiobooks.
He has been a popular speaker about life in Ecuador at six International Living conferences held in both Ecuador and the U.S. Jim and his wife Rita are currently exploring ways to enjoy “roving retirement: as they sample life in Europe and other parts of the world.
