Bekah is always excited to share her love and knowledge of Costa Rica and joined International Living as Costa Rica Correspondent in 2023. She fell in love with this pristine country in 1997, when she studied here for a semester abroad program. Her environmental studies background attracted her to this tropical paradise's biodiversity. After another exchange program and a few years living on the beach in Guanacaste, Bekah returned to life in the U.S. in 2002. Yet the Pura Vida lifestyle kept calling her name. She returned to reside in Costa Rica in 2010 and has since given birth to twins and built her own home on the Gold Coast. Nowadays, Bekah is an online English Coach/Motivator and SEO Content and Copy Writer who loves sharing about healing practices, mindset, self-development, self-care, and travel.
