Jim and Jiab Wasserman retired last year and moved to Granada, Spain. Both are now writers. Jiab grew up in Thailand, became a credit risk manager for a bank in the US, and now writes articles on personal finance. Jim, a native Texan who became an attorney and teacher, writes on media literacy and economics. He has a three-book series on teaching media literacy coming out this year. Together, they maintain a blog, yourthirdlife.com, that tracks their retirement and relocation, along with considerations of the practical and experiential facets of ex-patting. They also serve as personal attendants to two very spoiled cats. They can be reached at yourthirdlife.com.
